You may return goods, with your receipt, within 60 days for an exchange or refund.  It is advisable that proof of postage is obtained and that you return goods by An Post or your own national mail carrier.  Any refunds will be credited to the card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.

If a product is faulty in any way, please return it and we will arrange delivery of a new one or organise a refund (including postage) immediately.  

 

We will be unable to refund postage on unwanted items.

When ordering online we do not have access to your credit card information and we do not store your credit card details anywhere on the Cruachan Aí Heritage Centre web server.
