Táin Café

The Táin Café is the perfect space in which to relax and refresh after exploring Rathcroghan. Themed around the great epic ‘Cattle Raid of Cooley’, immerse yourself in the artistic flourishes of our community-run café & grill, while we provide you with the best of local produce, artisan Lavazza coffee or your favourite herbal tea.

We offer an all-day breakfast, lunch, sandwich, and dessert menu, with something to suit everyone’s taste.

The café opens on the same time schedule as the visitor centre, operating from 9am to 4.30pm, Monday – Saturday all year round. 12pm – 4pm on all Bank Holidays, and a summer opening from 12pm-4pm on Sundays from May until the end of August also.

With prior booking, we can provide lunch options for your group bookings, please contact us directly for more information.
